Tierra de Ensueno is a highland tequila brand producing one of the few barrel-rested blancos on the market. Made from mature Blue Weber agave, their process includes slow cooking in stone ovens, open-air fermentation, double distillation in copper pot stills, and a short rest in wheated bourbon casks. The result is an additive-free tequila that blends traditional methods with a distinct flavor profile.
