Hi, I’m Taylor.

I'm the founder of Maeve. I work with brands to define who they are, tell their story with intention, and create marketing that feels authentic to the people behind the bottle.

Before launching Maeve, my career looked very different.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and spent more than a decade working in domestic violence and sexual assault prevention. It was meaningful work that shaped how I think, solve problems, and build relationships. Eventually, I realized I could apply my skills in a new way and build something of my own.

That transition happened through tequila.

My husband, Rob, introduced me to the spirits industry through visits to tequila distilleries in Mexico. What started as an opportunity to support his work quickly grew into managing partnerships, coordinating events, and working with brands on marketing and strategy. As more companies began asking for consulting support, I realized I'd found a career that challenged me in an entirely new way while still allowing me to do what I enjoy most: helping people communicate with purpose.

My Approach

The spirits industry is unlike any other. Behind every bottle are generations of craftsmanship, regional traditions, agriculture, hospitality, and people who genuinely care about what they create. I believe good marketing should respect that history while making it accessible to new audiences. The goal isn't simply to sell a product. It's to help people understand why it matters.

Clients describe me as organized, proactive, detail oriented, reliable, and easy to work with. I value clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong relationships, and I approach every project as a collaborative partnership.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me reading. I average more than 100 books each year, with a bookshelf full of contemporary fiction, romance, thrillers, and classics. I also love to travel, enjoy baking, and am always looking for opportunities to keep learning, whether that's about spirits, history, or the people and places that shape both.
