Tequila Trujillo
Trujillo is a family tequila brand built on more than five decades of agave growing in Los Altos de Jalisco. Founded by the Trujillo family and shaped by their deep ties to Capilla de Guadalupe, the brand focuses on heritage, honesty, and the people behind the fields. Their tequila reflects that background, offering a clean and classic profile that honors the land and the family traditions that started it all.
Services Provided: Event Planning, Distillery Tour Coordination, and Influencer Outreach.
Visits to Tequileria Trujillo
We coordinated and planned three influencer trips to Trujillo’s distillery. This included selecting the guest list, sending invitations, managing communication, and handling flight and booking details. On site, we planned the full experience, which brought creators to meet the Trujillo team, visit the cantina and agave fields, tour both the industrial and artisanal production facilities, and end the day with dinner in La Capilla.
Trujillo Tasting Event
We planned and hosted a private tasting event on behalf of Tequila Trujillo, bringing together creators, industry guests, and tequila fans for an easy, face to face experience with the brand. Guests enjoyed two cocktails made with Trujillo and sampled the full lineup, including a bottle that has not been released yet. They also had time to talk directly with the master distiller, ask questions, and learn more about the tequila while they tasted.
Influencer Outreach
Instead of sending a standard PR package, we developed a campaign that encouraged creators to experience the craftsmanship behind Tequila Trujillo firsthand.
We designed an educational influencer campaign centered around comparison and craftsmanship. Each creator received a curated gift box featuring Tahona and Cuarenta Blanco, along with a custom guide explaining the distillery, production process, tasting notes, and the one key difference between the two expressions: the extraction method.
By inviting creators to compare two nearly identical blancos side by side, the campaign sparked authentic discussion about how production decisions shape flavor while introducing them to Tequila Trujillo's commitment to traditional tequila making.
